Description: Reporting to RXN's Managing Partner, the Operations Manager will ensure efficient and effective administration of RXN's business processes and procedures. The role will serve as a critical resource to ensure RXN's partners and team members are able to focus on their core areas of responsibility and deliver their highest level of value to the company and our clients.
Specific Responsibilities:
- Direct report to the management team
- Support the HR consultant and Accounting team to implement protocols and processes
- Maintain budget, operational, and resource trackers
- Support operations and decision-making for RXN partners and leadership through the development and tracking of key success metrics, goals, and projections
- Ensure efficient administrative approvals within approved budget parameters
- Preparation for weekly LT & Partner meetings
- Contract fulfillment and delivery
- Tracking filing deadlines related to lobbying compliance and administrative actions
- Support internal RXN meetings and events
Support any facilities management and coordinate technical support.
Accounting Team Responsibilities:
- Bookkeeping and management of RXN Quickbooks
- Financial transparency and reporting to partners
- Administering payment approval processes and payments
- Manage banking and financial transaction requests
- ax strategy, accounting, and filings
- Support financial operations and protocols
HR Consultant Responsibilities:
- Administration of RXN's ADP account, including payroll and employee benefits
- Support HR and benefits requests/questions from RXN employees
- Advise on and ensure compliance with HR laws, protocols, and requirements
- Support staffing and resource requirements (writing and updating job descriptions)
- Support performance management across the RXN team, including facilitating annual reviews and assisting managers with goal setting and tracking progress of direct reports.
