Our client, Stefanie Wolf Designs, is searching for an eCommerce Manager. They are a growing multichannel retail business. They create their own products in the USA and market and sell a thoughtfully curated and sourced collection of their products in the women's jewelry and accessories categories. They have a strong online presence through their website, a notable flagship retail location on Martha's Vineyard, and a well-established set of wholesale accounts nationwide.
SUMMARY
The eCommerce Manager is responsible for the lifecycle of each of the vendor products from the moment it is ordered until the moment it goes on the sales floor or live on the website. Ensuring that it is properly listed in the system, photographed, labeled, stored, displayed, and priced.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- This is 100% on-site, not remote, based on Martha's Vineyard
- Required to handle, organize, and process a high volume of products with a multitude of details and variants
- Track orders from the purchase from the vendor, received, and arrival to the sales floor and website
- Maintain accurate inventory counts within each of the channels
- Build, edit, and launch products on the Shopify platform
- Photograph and build product collections
- Construct website navigation
- Categorize products and tag for virtual merchandising
- Receive products, add to inventory, and process according to the standard operating procedure
- Assist with additional tasks including but not limited to pulling and packing website orders, online and in-person customer service, buying and reordering products, and running sales reports
QUALIFICATIONS
- Retail experience preferred and passionate about working with products
- Detail oriented and not intimidated by dozens of color ways or features like woven, tasseled, or metallic
- 1 year of hands-on experience with building and managing products on Shopify and Shopify POS
- Excellent project management skills
- Outstanding organizational and time management skills
- Ability to assist with practical decision making
- Great communication and collaboration skills
- Product photography and editing skills and experience with Photoshop
- Experience and knowledge of Google Sheets, Docs, and Workspace
- Ability to work with discretion and confidentiality
