SUMMARY

The Sales Manager at Beaufort Belle is responsible for overseeing the sales team and the visuals of the sales floor. The right candidate understands the art of selling, managing people, and the Beaufort Belle customer. The Sales Manager must be creative, be people-oriented, and have a passion for customer service.


RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Meet sales goals
  • Create sales staff schedule
  • Communicate with store staff regularly and efficiently
  • Create a supportive environment
  • Communicate with owner on the daily store activity
  • Understand the overall store flow
  • Merchandise the store as new arrivals and sales are made

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Sales experience
