Job Summary
Allora is searching for an Operations Assistant to work on all internal operations and client HR work. client work to include but not limited to, managing calendars, job descriptions, payroll, organizational charts, onboarding processes and implementation, and review processes. The ideal candidate will be able to manage client work, respond to emails, and general HR administration. It will also require someone to anticipate what needs to get done, takes initiative, can prioritize, and can work independently. At Allora, we believe in transparency, communication, and personal accountability. The ideal candidate is willing to roll up their sleeves, work as a team, execute the vision of the company through anything administrative.
Job Duties
- Personal assistant tasks as needed (dry cleaning, mail, etc)
- Sending client and personal gifts
- Manage partner and podcast calendars
- Update CRM
- Assist in project management
- Assist in every aspect of the client experience
- Respond to client emails
- Update and create job descriptions
- Update and create organization charts
- Run payrolls
- Process benefits
- Create meeting agendas
- Onboard new employees
- Everify and background checks
Work Environment
You must be able to work at a computer and use the phone for the majority of the day. You must be able to walk and move about quickly and carry up to 20 pounds.
