Summary

The ideal candidate will take every opportunity to share their passion of The Tiny Tassel brand. Must be able to engage with customers, be proactive, constantly communicating, think on their feet, and actively listen to others, especially on the sales floor.


Responsibilities

  • Consistently meet sales goals
  • Take ownership with instore visuals
  • Maintain accurate inventory
  • Stay knowledgeable about current and future products and brands
  • Communicate in-store needs - supplies, stock, etc
  • Be proactive about setting and achieving goals while working efficiently
  • Be energized, receptive to change, can think on your feet, and communicate effectively
  • Welcome and connect with customers authentically & represent The Tiny Tassel
  • Be aware of what's going on around you and pick up on subtle cues to adjust your selling and conversation approach, engagement
  • Actively listen, understand data, look beyond the obvious, and ask questions
  • Have a complimentary fashion aesthetic and be knowledgeable of what's happening in fashion & the community
  • Attend all team meetings
