About the Role
About You
The ideal candidate has 1-3 years of luxury or high-end sales experience with a proven ability to drive store results with candor and kindness.
Key Responsibilities
- Holds stylists accountable for actions
- Hold stylists accountable for sales goals - come up with sales goals and see what's achievable, play active role in helping them achieve their goal through leadership
- Create sales staff schedule
- Monthly one-on-one meetings with stylists
- Create potential sales opportunities to garner more sales like pop ups and events
- Ensure all top clients are well taken care of & served
- Must not shy away from difficult conversations and holding people accountable according to roles and responsibilities
- Team player
- Ability to lead the morning meeting with the sales team
- Enjoys leading a team
Qualifications + Requirements
- Experience managing a sales team
- 1-3+ years sales or hospitality experience with a luxury client base preferred
- Strong verbal and written skills, effective and kind communicator
- Ability to perform effective selling techniques to achieve sales and repeat business
- Technologically savvy a plus, with a willingness to learn
- Ability to work a flexible schedule
- A leader in punctuality and attendance, adhering to scheduled shifts
- Builder of relationships with both customers and colleagues
- A customer service expert, creates experiences and develops relationships with customers, embraces the social aspect of sales and the ability to handle customer concerns positively and proactively
- Willing to work as part of a team and complete work independently
- Willing to move through a store for most of a shift to help guests and accomplish work
- Clear, kind communicator
- Physical requirements: lift / carry / move 40lbs. minimum
- Willing to work in an environment with bright lights and music
- Weekend availability
