Our client, an upscale women's clothing brand, is searching for a Stylist Assistant to join their team. The ideal candidate is resourceful, communicates, acts with a sense of urgency, displays a positive attitude, is a team player, is punctual, takes personal responsibility, and is proactive. We are looking for someone whose attitude is always "Yes, I can!"

This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to work in retail and have the ability to grow in an organization.


  • Assist stylists with sales goals
  • Greet all clients that enter the store in a friendly and welcoming way
  • Match clients with the stylists and assist in their customer experience
  • Ensure the visual standards of the store are upheld
  • Maintain dressing rooms and retail racks are maintained up to store standards
  • Dressing rooms and go backs check with stylist first if pulling from rooms
  • Always ensure visual displays and racks are perfect
  • Take ownership of inventory and visuals
  • Complete opening and closing checklist
  • Attend morning meetings on days scheduled
  • Participate in store communication


A Stylist Assistant must be able to stand on their feet and move with urgency for the vast majority of the day. Must be able to work at a computer. Must be able to stand, walk, and move for extended periods of time. This role requires the ability to stand, lift, kneel, crouch, and bend.
